Both use fine needles and work with the collagen your skin makes. Morpheus8 by InMode adds radiofrequency energy for tightening, with the depth and energy set for each area of the face or body. SkinPen microneedling works without heat or chemicals and focuses on acne scars, fine lines, texture and pores.

Morpheus8 is a series of at least three sessions, and SkinPen usually three to six, both four to six weeks apart, with 24 to 48 hours of redness afterwards. Your skin analysis shows which one suits you.

IPL is not right for every skin tone, so your skin analysis and consultation come first. Leave two weeks after a spray tan or time in the sun.

A course is at least six sessions, four to six weeks apart, so it runs over several months. Between sessions the treated area should stay out of the sun, and there should be no self tanner or spray tan for two weeks before a session, which is simpler to plan in the cooler months than in a Miami summer.
